Troop Leadership
Troop 3 is a youth led organization, meaning that the Scouts from our troop plan our annual calendar and plan/organize troop trips and other activities. The Scout youth leadership determines the focus of our weekly meetings and then leads the Troop during these meetings.
The Troop adult leader roles are focused on providing administrative and logistical support to the Troops program and providing guidance to the Scouts when needed.
