Departure:
- 5:30 PM at Mary’s Travel Center. We must enter the camp as a Troop. No single entries are allowed. If you don’t want to caravan from Mary’s, you can meet us on site at Tannehill at Farley Field (item #46 on this map). You still have to wait on us to enter, though.
- Everyone is on their own for supper on Friday.
Return:
- Sunday morning, between 10 am & Noon, most likely. Pick up at Mary’s Travel Center.
Paperwork You Need to Bring:
- Medical Forms A & B. You can can complete Medical Forms A&B electronically and email them to this address (my secure cloud account, which is two-factor, fingerprint protected). All other forms have to be printed and delivered in physically.
- BSA COVID-19 Waiver Form (adults)
- BSA COVID-19 Waiver Form (youth)
- BWC Health Check Screener
What to Bring:

- This event is pirate themed, so anything pirate-like is nice, but don’t get too carried away. This isn’t a total costume party.
- Gear:
- I would make every attempt to pare down your gear to the essentials. You may have to walk the gear a good ways into camp.
- Class A Uniform.
- The standard camping essentials.
- Rain gear
- The weather types are predicting rain starting around midnight Friday and lasting until mid-morning Saturday. Come prepared for that. I will have a weather radio and there are pavilions for us to shelter in (including a concrete tornado shelter in the park). This isn’t the end of the world. You will survive.
- Poncho/rain jacket.
- Hat
- Shoes that are water resistant.
- Dry clothes. Put them in a dry bag, if you have it. If not, use a garbage bag or some other plastic bag.
- Dry socks and underwear are absolute must haves.
- Tarpaulins – always handy to have.

- Cup, mess kit, silverware, water bottle.

- Roll of toilet paper (don’t leave home without it).
- Washcloth and towel.
